On Friday, October 19, 2018, L’Abbate Balkan partner, William T. McCaffery, will speak at the New York State Bar Association seminar “Risk Management 2018.” Mr. McCaffery will present the topic, “Recognizing and Handling Conflicts of Interest.”
The seminar is designed for all practicing attorneys regardless of their level of expertise. The program will provide practical tips to help improve your practice and lessen the possibility of a malpractice claim or grievance. In addition to Mr. McCaffery’s presentation, session topics include: Competency in Areas of Practice and Insurance Considerations, Effective Client Relations and Resolving Attorney-Client Disputes, and Relations with Others, Including Partners and Non-Clients.
