Ms. Gualtieri concentrates her practice in the representation of employers on claims alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Ms. Gualtieri also represents individuals in professional liability matters, including the representation of attorneys, accountants, and real estate professionals.
Ms. Gualtieri received her Juris Doctor in 2019 from Roger Williams University School of Law, cum laude; she was a CALI Excellence Award recipient. Ms. Gualtieri also received a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Homeland Security from Salve Regina University in 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University in 2015.
Prior to her association with the firm, Ms. Gualtieri practiced at a firm in Connecticut in the areas of employment law and litigation and construction litigation. Upon graduation from Roger Williams University School of Law, she served as a Law Clerk for the Judges of the Connecticut Superior Court.
Ms. Gualtieri is admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut and New York.
