Mr. Wolowski is a member of the firm’s Attorney Liability Practice Group, where he focuses in the area of professional liability defense, further concentrating in the representation of attorneys.
Prior to his association with the firm, Mr. Wolowski mainly focused his practice in the areas of employment discrimination and commercial litigation. Mr. Wolowski has represented employers on claims alleging discrimination, harassment and retaliation, as well as wage and hour violations, in both state and federal courts in the State of New York.
Mr. Wolowski received his Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law in 2020. While attending law school, he served as a teaching assistant, and also worked as a law clerk at boutique law firms. In addition, Mr. Wolowski received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, HR Management, from Marist College in 2011, graduating cum laude, and served as Chief Justice of the Student Government Association.
Mr. Wolowski's volunteerism has continued into his professional life. Notably, he enjoys giving back to the local community by serving annually as a Mock Trial Judge. Each year, the Nassau County Bar Association hosts the New York State High School Mock Trial Tournament, the nation’s largest, which provides students with hands-on opportunities to further their understanding of the law, court procedures, and the legal system, while honing their speaking, listening, reading, and reasoning skills.
Mr. Wolowski is admitted to practice before the Courts in the State of New York.
