Douglas R. Halstrom to speak at ACEC New York Winter Conference
L'Abbate Balkan partner, Douglas R. Halstrom, will present the seminar, Cyber Liability: Current Landscape and Managing Risk Through Insurance at the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York Winter Conference, which will be held in Albany from Sunday, January 29, 2017 through Tuesday, January 31, 2017.
Mr. Halstrom will present the seminar with Josh Lluch of Singer Nelson Charlmers. The seminar will discuss current cyber liability risks, a business owner's obligations if private information is exposed to the public, and how to best manage the risk going forward.
ACEC New York is a coalition of 280 firms representing every discipline of engineering related to the built environment - civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, geotechnical - and affiliated companies.
