On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, L'Abbate Balkan partner Keith J. Stevens will speak before the Westchester/Putnam Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers.
Construction projects oftentimes leave professional engineers open to potential claims for personal injuries, property damage and professional malpractice. While not all risks can be eliminated, professional engineers who attend Keith’s seminar will be better equipped to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of the public, and consequently limit their own exposure.
Keith is a member of L’Abbate Balkan’s Design Professionals and Construction Industry Practice Group. Keith’s practice focuses on the representation of design and construction professionals in all types of matters including, but not limited to, contractual negotiations and claims for professional malpractice, construction defects, Labor Law violations and project delays.
