Their decades of legal experience, leadership, and dedication to the firm make them exceptionally well-suited to assume these important roles.
Daniel A. McFaul, Jr. has been with LBCC for nearly 20 years and defends design professionals in complex construction claims, including malpractice, breach of contract, Labor Law violations and property damage. Mr. McFaul also represents insurance carriers in insurance coverage disputes arising under various forms of comprehensive general liability, excess and umbrella policies.
Keith J. Stevens joined the firm in 2002 and focuses his practice on the representation of design and construction professionals in claims for malpractice, construction and design defects, Labor Law violations, environmental pollution, project delays, breach of contract, copyright infringement and outstanding fees. Mr. Stevens also assists his clients with the preparation and negotiation of project contracts.
