On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, partners Douglas R. Halstrom and Lee J. Sacket co-presented a webinar entitled “Engineering Ethics in New York and New Jersey" to the American Council of Engineering Companies of New Jersey.
This presentation discusses ethical concerns for all design professionals, including those specifically applicable to engineers in New York and New Jersey. A sampling of the topics covered include: licensure, what constitutes professional misconduct, how are ethical violations handled by the state licensing boards, and conflicts of interest.
