National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) announced that Richard P. Byrne has been named a 2018 ADR Champion by the National Law Journal. Mr. Byrne is a member of the Mediation and Arbitration panels of NAM and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. A commercial litigation specialist, Mr. Byrne is the co-managing partner of L’Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, L.L.P. and his practice of over 30 years focuses on construction litigation and insurance coverage work. Mr. Byrne is regularly requested to act as a Mediator on a wide array of issues and has been handling Alternative Dispute Resolutions for over 25 years.
