On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, L’Abbate Balkan partner, William T. McCaffery, will present “Preventing Elder Law Malpractice” to the Elder Law Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
In this seminar, Mr. McCaffery will discuss how attorneys can avoid legal malpractice claims and grievances while practicing in the area of Elder Law. Topics will include: inadequate investigation; communication errors; errors of law; clerical errors; time management errors; conflicts of interest; and insurance considerations.
Mr. McCaffery is a member of L’Abbate Balkan’s Attorney Liability Practice Group.
