Mr. Nunberg has continuously practiced in commercial litigation matters in the Federal and State courts for over forty years.
Mr. Nunberg received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1977. Immediately thereafter, he clerked for United States District Judge Constance Baker Motley in the Southern District of New York until 1979.
Since then, Mr. Nunberg has continuously practiced in commercial litigation in the areas of real estate, securities, contract, trademark, employment discrimination and legal professional and directors’ and officers’ liability matters in the Federal and State courts. He holds the Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Rating AV® Preeminent, its highest rating for ethics and legal ability.
Mr. Nunberg is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York, the District of Columbia, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and the District of Columbia Circuits and the United States Tax Court.
