Mr. Biggin is a member of the firm’s Design Professionals Practice Group. His practice concentrates on the defense of architects, engineers, and related design professionals, regarding professional liability claims.
In 2025, attorney Biggin’s work in this field was officially recognized by his peers, receiving his first Super Lawyers® nomination. Mr. Biggin was ultimately selected as a New York Metro Area Super Lawyer® Rising Star in the area of Professional Liability Defense. No more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are chosen by the research team at Super Lawyers® to receive this honor each year.
Mr. Biggin received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2022, where he was an active member of the Real Estate Society. In addition, Mr. Biggin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Fordham University in 2018. While at Fordham, he also minored in History, and was involved with the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society.
Mr. Biggin is admitted to practice before the Courts in the State of New York.
