Associate Attorney - Melville, NY
Of Counsel Attorney - Melville, NY
L’Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, LLP (LBC&C), is seeking experienced Associate and Of Counsel attorneys for our Melville, New York office.
Founded in 1981, LBC&C has established itself as a prominent insurance defense law firm with a proven track record of successfully defending legal, accounting, business, and design professionals.
Responsibilities:
Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
Qualifications for all attorney positions:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications for Associate Attorney:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of litigation experience.
Qualifications for Of Counsel:
• Minimum 10 - 15 years of litigation experience.
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

• Associate: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year.
