Mr. McKenna’s concentration is in the area of complex insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation and alternative dispute resolution in New York and throughout the United States.
Mr. McKenna’s concentration is in the area of complex insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation and alternative dispute resolution in New York, New Jersey and throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. McKenna advises various insurance carriers and reinsurers on a broad range of issues involving sophisticated insurance programs and multifaceted factual scenarios.
Mr. McKenna received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University and his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany. He is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, as well as the Southern District of Illinois. He has also been admitted on a pro hac vice basis in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Mr. McKenna has lectured on insurance coverage issues and has authored material for publication by the New York Law Journal.
